Multi-purpose buckle

Recently, the buckle on the rucksack that I have been using for six years gave in and snapped from fatigue. When I was searching for a replacement buckle online, I have realised that it will cost just as much as if I designed and 3D printed my own. I saw this as a great opportunity as I am a keen problem solver and went with my subconscious.

and here is what I have come up with. Although there are still room for development, the issue is fixed.
